Paul joined as a partner of Daley & Company LLP in 2005 after working for a national accounting firm for nine years. Originally from Vanderhoof, British Columbia, Paul moved to Kamloops in 1988, graduating from TRU in 1993 with a B.B.A.

Paul is the past treasurer of the Canadian Home Builders' Association – Central Interior, a director for the Kamloops Sports Hall of Fame, and spent years being actively involved in minor hockey.
