Paul joined as a partner of Daley & Company in 2005 after working for a national accounting firm for nine years. Originally from Vanderhoof, British Columbia, Paul moved to Kamloops in 1988 graduating from TRU in 1993 with a B.B.A.

Paul is currently the treasurer of the Kamloops Home Builders' Association, a director for the Kamloops Sports Hall of Fame, a director of the Coaches for Kids Charity Golf Tournament and spent years being actively involved in minor hockey.
